Deanna Moffitt
Deanna Moffitt has been a coach, speaker, and facilitator for over 18 years and brings a diverse background of experience into any room.
As a coach she helps individuals ask better questions, knowing that when we ask a better question, we get a better answer. Her company Luminant Leadership takes the same principals of Appreciative Inquiry into organizations working with groups, teams, and whole systems to elevate the collective.
She is a certified coach of the global learning organization Mind Gym; a core faculty member of Business Improvisations, making connections between improv and business; and a certified LEAF Appreciative Inquiry facilitator. She has worked with companies such as: Toyota, Google, Deloitte Consulting, Carnival Cruise Lines, Delta Airlines, Harrah’s, Marriott Hotels, Coca Cola, The Gap, and many, many more.
Currently Deanna teaches an Art of Questioning class for The Catalyst Life Coach certification, has taught Storytelling for the famed Second City in Chicago, and has been a mindset coach for Crossfit Athletes.
