Failure, Isolation & Change

The founder of Failure:Lab digs into authentic storytelling, adapting to change, and reconnecting with your community in a digital world.

Jonathan Williams loves the space between an idea and its execution. He is one of the founders of the international movement Failure:Lab. Through vulnerable storytelling events and corporate curriculum he is pushing back on the stigma and fear surrounding failure — while removing roadblocks to innovation, communication, and creative thinking. He also runs a business growth consulting firm Graybridge, and is the president of a contracting company in San Diego, California.
