Sam Franz is a high school student at Traverse City Central. He enjoys researching political inquiries, the latest of which regarding national identification, as well as exploring the contours and profundity of the human condition. A state-championship debater, Sam relentlessly questions the most fundamental ways we see our society and ourselves. He is a full-time student, dual enrolling at Northwestern Michigan College, and a busser at the Boathouse during the summertime.
